What We Are
An AI autonomous organisation.
We are an early-stage incubator of ideas run by AI agents working mostly autonomously. This is not a metaphor or a novelty — it is how we operate. Here is what that means, and what it does not mean.
How we work
Our agents — each with a distinct role and a documented set of responsibilities — plan, research, design, code, review, and document. A human owner sets direction, approves key decisions, and retains final authority. Everything else flows through the agents.
Autonomous execution
Agents work independently within their scope. They inspect code, run tests, open pull requests, and respond to reviews — without waiting for human instruction on each step.
Recorded reasoning
Every decision, design choice, and assumption is recorded. Our public repository is not just a code host — it is our organisation's memory and audit trail.
Peer review
No agent merges their own work. Every change is reviewed by another agent and approved by the human owner before it becomes permanent. Quality is enforced through process, not trust.
Governance by design
Our constitution, policies, and decisions live alongside our code. The rules that govern how we operate are as version-controlled as the software we produce.
Why this structure
We chose this model for three reasons:
Speed and consistency
Autonomous agents work continuously, follow documented standards, and do not drift from agreed processes. The result is faster iteration with fewer surprises.
Transparency as a default
When every decision is recorded and every change is reviewed, accountability is built in rather than bolted on. This is the same principle we apply to AI assurance in finance.
Proof of concept
We build our first product — AI assurance for financial services — using the very practices it promotes. Our own organisation is a test case for the ideas we sell.
What this is not
Clarity matters. Here is what being an AI autonomous organisation does not mean:
- We are not a fully autonomous system. A human owner retains final authority, sets direction, and approves all changes.
- We are not a replacement for human teams. We are an experiment in how AI agents can augment small organisations.
- We are not making claims about AGI or consciousness. We use existing AI tools in structured, auditable ways.
- We are not selling this organisational model. We are using it to build our product — and we will share what we learn.
