What We Collect

When you use our keep-in-touch form, we collect:

  • Email address — required, so we can send you updates.
  • Name — optional, to personalise communications.
  • Feedback message — optional, so you can tell us what you're interested in.

We do not collect any other personal data from browsing this website. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or fingerprinting.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your form submission opens your email client, which sends your message directly to hello@assurer.ai. We do not store your personal data on any website server or third-party platform at this stage. Once our mailing list platform (Brevo) is configured, your data will be stored exclusively on Brevo servers in the European Union (Paris, France) under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Why We Process Your Data

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give consent by ticking the opt-in checkbox on our keep-in-touch form. We will use your data to:

  • Send you updates about our product progress, research findings, and early access opportunities.
  • Respond to your feedback and questions.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Emails you send through our form arrive at hello@assurer.ai and are subject to our standard email retention policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time. Once our mailing list platform is configured, you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data.
  • Unsubscribe — withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us.

Data Processing Agreement

Our current form uses your email client to send messages directly to hello@assurer.ai, so no third-party data processor is involved yet. Once we configure our mailing list platform (Brevo), we will process subscriber data through Brevo under a Data Processing Agreement. Brevo provides GDPR-compliant consent management, automated unsubscribe mechanisms, and data export/deletion tools. All subscriber data will remain within the European Union.
